Background and Qualifications 

C. Ross Croulet has over 30 years experience and successful results creating and implementing multi-sector economic development programs in emerging market economies.  He focuses on institutional transformation and managing investments from the micro to the macro economic levels in a given country and region.  Mr. Croulet is also expert in working on governance issues to improve socio-economic conditions that promote economic growth. Mr. Croulet has worked in 58 countries, principally in emerging markets.  His most recent experience is in the Middle East and Sub Saharan Africa, building and leading effective teams to resolve conflicts, reduce poverty, grow economies and improve governance.   He has working resident experience in the U.S., Indonesia, the Federated States of Micronesia, Tunisia, Iraq, Benin, The Gambia, Malawi, Lesotho, Cote d’Ivoire, and Niger.  He has been on working missions to countries in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Pacific Islands, Southeast and South Asia, and especially Sub Saharan Africa.  Mr. Croulet speaks native English and is fluent in French (FSI 4+). He is computer literate in MS Office.
