Croulet and Associates (C&A) provides quality sustainable development services in an international context based on over 30 years of experience of its Founder, C. Ross Croulet.  Since August 2011, Mr. Croulet is the Chief of Party/Director of the Leveraging Effective Application of Direct Investments (LEAD) Program funded by USAID to support the growth and job creation ability of Haitian SMEs.  Simultaneously, C&A facilitates transaction in commercial real estate, mostly apartments and multi family complexes, for investors looking for higher, secure rates of return on their investments.

Who We Are

C. Ross Croulet, Founder of C&A, has over 30 years of international development experience, mostly in emerging market, developing countries.  Well over 15 years have been resident in or on mission to 58 countries in Africa, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Pacific Islands, and Latin America.  Mr. Croulet's greatest successes are in developing and implementing profitable, sustainable institutions providing financial services to over three million clients.  Mr. Croulet has comprehensive institutional experience such as with the Pan American Development Foundation, Louis Berger Group, Research Triangle Institute (RTI), the Grameen Foundation, Millennium Challenge Corporation, the African Development Bank, the World Bank, the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority, and Opportunities Industrialization Centers International.  His experience and contacts can mobilize the kind of experience you need to find and implement effective emerging market country development solutions.
